Information we collect
- Personal Information: Name, email address, payment details, and account information provided during registration.
- Usage Data: Information about your usage of our service, such as pages visited, prompts and queries submitted, IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and referring URLs.
- AI Visibility Data: Brand names, domains, tracked topics and prompts, competitors, AI-generated answers, mentions, positions, and cited URLs that you submit, configure, or that the service collects and analyzes on your behalf.
- Connected Platform Data: Information retrieved from the Google Search Console*, Google Analytics 4* and Bing Webmaster Tools* accounts you authorize for a project, such as search queries, pages, clicks, impressions and traffic from AI assistants.
- AI Assistant Connections: When you connect an AI assistant to Searcherries through MCP, the authorization details of that connection (such as access tokens) and the time it was last used.
How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- Run requested AI visibility checks, analyze brand mentions, competitors, positions, and citations, and generate reports.
- Process payments and transactions securely.
- Respond to your customer support requests.
- Analyze and understand how you use our services to improve user experience.
- Communicate with you, including service updates and promotional offers (you can opt out anytime).
- Protect against unauthorized access or misuse of our service.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the platform (such as AI platform and model providers, payment processing, hosting, and analytics providers).
- Law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and Searcherries.
AI assistants connected through MCP
You can connect an AI assistant, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or another MCP client, to your Searcherries account. The connection is read-only and starts only after you sign in to Searcherries and approve it.
While the connection is active, Searcherries sends the assistant the data of your own projects that it requests: AI visibility data, competitors and cited URLs, your project's business profile, and the connected platform data described above. It does not send your password, your payment details or the data of other accounts.
The assistant's provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) processes that data under its own privacy policy. You can end a connection at any time by removing Searcherries from the assistant. Access tokens you created on the MCP page of your account can be revoked there, and deleting your account revokes every connection.
Data retention
- Account, project and AI visibility data: kept while your account exists, and deleted when you delete your account in your profile settings or ask us to delete it.
- Connected platform history: one record per day for 14 days, then one per week for 13 weeks, then one per month. Records older than about 27 months are deleted.
- Attribution data that was never linked to an account, such as the page that referred a visitor: deleted after 90 days.
- Access tokens for AI assistant connections: valid until they expire or are revoked.
- Payment details are processed and stored by our payment provider, Paddle. We keep invoices and other records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Cookies and tracking technologies
Searcherries uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, but please note some features of our website may not function properly.
Data security
We implement security measures to protect your information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. We continuously update our practices to safeguard your data.

- Access, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us.
- Delete your account and its data at any time in your profile settings.

- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
