Refunds, Billing & Subscriptions
Subscriptions (monthly or annual) are billed and processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Paddle’s own terms and privacy notices may apply at checkout and for invoicing/tax handling.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing page or via the Paddle customer portal link in your receipt.
Refunds
- First purchase: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the initial charge date.
- Partial periods & unused services: we do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time or features, unless required by law.
- Billing errors/duplicate charges: contact us within 30 days of the charge and we’ll investigate and correct if applicable.
Taxes
Prices may exclude VAT/GST and other applicable taxes. Paddle will calculate, collect, and remit taxes where required; amounts will be shown at checkout and on invoices.

Statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections (e.g., a right of withdrawal), those rights apply and prevail to the extent they cannot be limited by contract. By starting to use the service during any statutory withdrawal period, you acknowledge that some rights (e.g., withdrawal without cause) may be affected as permitted by law.
