Questions likely to surface AI answers

This block helps you find longer Google searches that resemble questions people could ask in an AI-assisted search experience. Use it to discover content topics and possible additions to your tracked customer questions.

Find it in SEO Performance, above Organic search leaders. It requires a connected Google Search Console site.

Where the data comes from

Searcherries identifies question-like queries in your connected Google Search Console data to help you explore potential content topics.

The clicks and impressions are the actual Search Console metrics for those queries. The classification as a likely AI question is an estimate based on the query text. It does not isolate clicks from AI Overviews or AI Mode. Google includes traffic from these features within the Web search report. Google explains how AI features are measured.

Read and sort the table

ColumnMeaning
QuestionThe search query reported by Google.
ClicksSearch clicks attributed to the query in the selected period.
ImpressionsReported search appearances for the query.
CTRClicks divided by impressions, displayed as a percentage.
Avg positionAverage search-result position reported by Google; a lower number means a higher position.

Select a metric heading to sort by it. The table displays a maximum of ten rows per page. Use pagination for the remaining rows; there are no separate numeric filter controls to fill in.

The import is limited to returned query rows, so the table should not be treated as every possible question for your market.

How language affects selection

The project's Target language affects which queries appear. Coverage varies by language, so the table may not include every relevant question.

Review the selected language if the results do not match your intended audience.

Use an opportunity

Start with a query that has meaningful impressions and is relevant to your business. Inspect the related website content and ask whether it answers the need clearly. Queries with clicks can reveal existing strengths; queries with impressions but few clicks can suggest topics to investigate.

Add a relevant query to Questions only if you want Searcherries to monitor it separately. This table does not automatically add questions or consume tracking-question balance.

If the table is empty

Check the connected Google site, the selected period, and the project's language. An empty table can mean no question opportunities were identified in the available data. Existing projects can populate the block after Google data is refreshed; you do not need to recreate the project.
