Your first visibility report

The first report is a starting snapshot of how AI search responds to a customer question about your category. It helps you see which brands appear before you set up ongoing monitoring.

Step 1: Choose how you will use Searcherries

After registration, choose For my business or For my clients. This changes the wording of the setup questions so you can describe the relevant website.

Step 2: Enter the website and market

Enter the business or client website. Review Primary market and Customer language, then select Continue.

The market tells Searcherries which audience you want to examine. The language should match the customers whose questions you intend to track. A business serving several markets can use separate projects after upgrading to a plan that supports them.

Step 3: Review the customer question

Searcherries reads available website information and prepares a suggested question. The preparation screen updates while this is happening.

Read the suggestion and edit it if necessary. Keep one clear customer need in the question, for example:

Which accounting services are best for small businesses in London?

The question should match what the business actually offers. A broad or unrelated question can produce competitors that are technically valid answers but not useful comparisons for your business.

Select Continue to start the visibility check.

Read the snapshot

The report shows the available visibility results and previews of competitors and cited sources. Some details are restricted in the free preview. A locked or blurred item indicates access restrictions; it does not mean that the value is zero.

A free snapshot is a one-off introduction to the service. Ongoing monitoring, the full project workspace, connected analytics, Wizard, and MCP require paid-plan access, including an eligible active trial.

Continue with a plan

Use the plan or trial action shown in the report. Choose Starter or Pro, select your billing interval, and review checkout. When payment or trial activation is confirmed, return to your project.

An older saved onboarding flow may also ask you to review topics, selected questions, or competitors and confirm activation. If that confirmation appears, complete it before expecting those draft questions to be monitored. Buying access alone does not confirm a draft tracking plan.

If preparation fails

Use Retry report preparation when the report offers it. If the suggested question does not accurately describe your business, edit the question before running the analysis. Repeated failures should be reported to support with the project URL and the message shown.

Next: create and manage ongoing projects and understand data updates.
