Data updates and reporting periods
Searcherries combines several datasets that can reflect different collection times. A project's AI check, analytics data, and saved Wizard answer may not all be equally recent.
Use this guide to understand what the dates mean.
AI visibility checks
Searcherries updates tracked customer questions while paid monitoring is active. Check the report's dates and processing status to understand which results are available.
Newly created projects first collect their initial results. A report can become readable before every question has finished. Completion times can vary.
Saving question changes does not rerun the report immediately. Updated results appear after the relevant checks complete.
The free onboarding report is a one-off scan. Paused projects do not receive ordinary ongoing monitoring updates.
Google and Bing data
GA4, Google Search Console, and Bing performance data are collected separately from AI responses. Searcherries refreshes eligible connected projects in the background and reuses recently fetched results when appropriate.
External services also have their own processing delays. Today can be present on a chart while its data is still incomplete. A source's latest reporting date and the time Searcherries fetched it are different facts.
If a refresh fails, the last successful data may remain visible with a notice. An unchanged chart does not necessarily mean the connection was removed.

A requested period can be longer than the project's observation history. A new project cannot show AI responses from before those checks were collected.
Zero values, missing values, and stale values
Zero means no activity is represented by that metric in the returned or displayed data. On a date-filled trend chart, a zero can also fill a day with no supplied observation.
Missing means the dataset or measurement is unavailable, for example an unconnected provider or rank data that cannot be assigned to one question. Do not replace that meaning with zero when drawing conclusions.
Stale means you are seeing a previously successful collection rather than a fresh one. Check notices and source timestamps before interpreting the newest period.
Wizard and MCP freshness
Wizard's summary updates with project data, but an existing answer remains the answer generated for that session. Start a new session for a new analysis after data changes.
MCP reads stored project data and does not refresh external providers on demand. Ask your assistant to include the period and collection time of the evidence it uses.
Compare consistently
Keep the same questions, platforms, market, and period length when evaluating progress. Changing the question set, editing prompts, or comparing a partial month with a full month can change the result independently of your site's performance.
