Overview
Overview is the main summary of an AI visibility project. Use it to see whether your brand appears in collected AI answers and how it compares with the other brands found in those answers.
Open Projects, choose a project, and select Overview.
Set the reporting scope
Use the period selector to choose Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 90 Days, This Year, or Last Year. Periods without available data can be disabled.
Use All questions to view the project as a whole, or select one customer question. The same brand can perform well for one question and poorly for another, so question-level review is useful when choosing what to improve.
A selected-question view does not always have enough information to show the same rank metrics as the full-project view. Missing rank data should not be interpreted as rank zero.
Read the summary cards
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| AI Visibility | A weighted score based on mentions, platform coverage, and available rank data, relative to other brands in the report. |
| Brand mentions | Recorded answers in which your brand was identified. This measures collected answers, not the number of people who saw them. |
| Tracked competitors | The brands represented in the comparison. The Overview card includes your own brand, as indicated below the number. |
| Cited URLs | Source URLs recorded across the selected AI platforms, including competitors and third-party websites. |
Read AI visibility metrics before interpreting the percentage as a probability or audience share.
Compare brands
Share of voice shows each brand's portion of recorded mentions. Visibility leaders helps compare leading brands over the selected scope. Mentions by platform separates brand mentions by AI platform; hover over the chart to inspect platform values where available.
Use these comparisons to find patterns. For example, a competitor appearing across several platforms may have broader coverage than a brand with many mentions from only one platform.
Inspect the searches behind the answers
The Search queries behind AI answers block groups recorded web searches under the customer questions that triggered them. Expand a question to inspect the phrases and platform indicators. The list displays up to ten search-query rows per page.
A missing query does not prove that no research took place: platforms do not expose every search to Searcherries. Read the search-query guide.
Choose your next step
Open Competitors to understand how other brands are described, Citations to inspect source pages, or Wizard to request a prioritized action plan. Use AI traffic when your question is about actual website visits rather than visibility in answers.
