Create a project
A project represents a brand and website in a particular target market, language, and set of AI platforms. It contains the customer questions you track and the resulting reports.
Open Projects to begin. You need an active subscription or trial, an available project slot, and enough question balance for the selected coverage.
1. Enter the brand and website
Select Create project. Enter Brand Name and Brand Website. You can enter a domain such as example.com; Searcherries accepts a website address without an explicit protocol.
Use the public brand name customers know. Use the website you will also connect in your analytics integrations.
2. Choose AI platform coverage
Choose exactly three platforms for standard coverage, or choose All for all six supported platforms. The available platforms are ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and Grok.
Standard coverage uses one question usage unit per chargeable question. All-platform coverage uses two. The form shows x2 Usage when applicable. Read Question balance before selecting broader coverage.
Select Analyze domain. Searcherries reads the website to help prepare a relevant primary question.
3. Set the target market and language
On the question-review page, select Country and Language. The fields require an explicit selection. Choose Global if you do not want a specific country, and choose English explicitly if that is your intended language.
You can search the selectors to find an option. Country options include flags.
These settings describe the audience for AI checks. They do not filter your connected Search Console or Analytics property to that country.
4. Review the questions
Review the Primary customer question. Edit it or use Regenerate to request another suggestion. You can select suggested additional questions or add your own.
Keep questions short, specific, and relevant to customer discovery. Each question can contain up to 500 characters. Review the capacity indicator before adding more questions.
5. Start analysis
Submit the question-review form. Searcherries starts collecting responses from the selected AI platforms. The project displays a processing state while work continues in the background.
The first report can become available before all additional questions have completed their initial checks. Later updates add the remaining results.
If a project already exists
If the same project configuration already exists, Searcherries may open that report instead of creating a duplicate. Separate markets, languages, or platform configurations can require separate projects.
Starter supports one active project. Pro supports multiple projects with a shared monthly question balance. Manage projects explains project states and deletion.
