Countries, languages, and AI platforms
A useful AI visibility report starts with a clear audience. A restaurant serving one city and a software company selling worldwide need different tracking questions and market settings.
Target country
The target country provides geographic context for AI checks. Choose the country where the customers you want to reach are located.
Global means you have not selected one specific country. It does not combine a separate scan of every country into a worldwide report.
Country selection does not automatically restrict your connected Google Search Console, Bing, or Analytics data to users in that country. Those reports use the connected property or site and their own reporting scope.
Target language
The target language helps Searcherries prepare and run questions for the intended audience. Write your custom questions in that language as well.
A country and a language are different settings. For example, an English-language business in Germany may deliberately choose Germany and English. Review both fields rather than assuming one determines the other.
The language also affects the results shown in Questions likely to surface AI answers.
Select a market during project creation
On the customer-question review screen, select Country and Language explicitly. Global and English are available options, but should not be treated as already selected when the fields show placeholders. Use the search inside a selector to find the desired option.
For an existing monitored project, the Target market card in Questions displays the saved settings. The regular report editor does not change them. Create a separate project to monitor a different market or language.
Choose platform coverage
Searcherries supports:
- ChatGPT
- Perplexity
- Google AI Overviews
- Gemini
- Claude
- Grok
Choose 3 Platforms to track exactly three, or All to track all six. To substitute a platform in the three-platform selection, deselect one before selecting its replacement.
Each chargeable question uses one monthly usage unit with three platforms, or two with all six. Scheduled checks do not each consume another question unit. See balance examples.
Compare results fairly
Compare the same question, market, language, platforms, and reporting period whenever possible. A change in these inputs can change the brands AI recommends even if their websites have not changed.
AI answers also vary between runs. Searcherries records the responses collected by its monitoring workflow; a response in your personal assistant session may differ because of context, personalization, model behavior, or the time of the search.
