Use AI Search Wizard

Wizard gives you a complete, project-specific answer to one question. It uses a saved summary of the data Searcherries has collected and can consult current web sources to support its analysis.

Open Wizard from a project's sidebar or visit the Wizard page. You need active paid-plan access and a project with prepared report data.

Start a session

  1. Select the project on the page containing the Ask Wizard field.
  2. Review Connected data to see which analytics services are connected.
  3. Enter one question of up to 2,000 characters.
  4. Select the send arrow.

Selecting the example How can I improve my AI Visibility Score? places it in the field so you can edit it before sending.

Submitting opens a separate session page. While the answer is being generated, the page shows its progress and updates when the result is ready. You do not need to submit the same question again.

Ask a focused question

A question is most useful when it names a decision you need to make. For example:

Which three improvements should I prioritize based on my current AI visibility and the competitors that appear most often?

What do the cited pages suggest is missing from my content about subscription payments?

Compare the available AI traffic and organic search data. Where should I investigate first?

Keep the question related to the selected project. Wizard may decline unrelated requests. If data is missing, it can explain the gap, but it cannot turn an unconnected account into available analytics.

What context Wizard receives

The saved project summary includes the brand, website, market, language, selected platforms, description, and tracked questions. Its reporting window covers the latest 30 days and includes available:

  • Google and Bing clicks, impressions, and top search rows, including Google country data.
  • AI traffic totals and source breakdowns.
  • AI visibility and brand mentions.
  • Competitor counts and leading competitor brands.
  • Counts and leading cited URLs for each tracked platform.

The summary is updated as project data changes. Asking a question does not force a new scan or a fresh import from every integration. Some source data may be older than the summary's update time.

Read and keep the answer

Use Sources used to inspect the sources attached to the answer and Copy answer to copy it. Generated advice should be checked against the cited evidence and your business context before implementation.

Each session ends with that answer. There is no follow-up message field. Once the answer is available, select Start a new session for another question. A new session does not inherit the previous conversation, so include any context the next question needs.

Session history and deletion

Previous sessions appear below Connected data on the Wizard start page. Select a saved question to reopen it; scroll the history area for older sessions.

The session options menu provides Connected data and Delete session. Deleting a session does not restore its consumed monthly allowance. Saved answers do not rewrite themselves when the project later changes.

Monthly allowance

Starter includes five Wizard questions per month; Pro includes ten. The allowance is shared across projects and is separate from tracked customer questions.

The remaining monthly balance appears on the Wizard start page and in Subscription. When it is exhausted, new submissions are disabled. Read the balance guide for reset behavior.
