Question balance and Wizard balance
Searcherries has two separate monthly allowances. Question balance covers customer questions you monitor across AI platforms. Wizard balance covers questions you send to the built-in Wizard.

Question balance
Starter includes 10 question usage units per month. Pro includes 50. These units are shared across active projects, rather than granted separately to every project.

For example, four chargeable questions on three platforms use four units. Four chargeable questions on all six platforms use eight units. A Pro account can combine projects using different coverage modes within its shared balance.
The editor may show an included onboarding primary question that does not consume these units. Use the capacity displayed for that project; the exemption is not a promise that every new project's primary question is free of usage.
What uses the balance
Activating or adding chargeable tracked questions uses question capacity. Regular scheduled checks of those questions do not each subtract another unit.
The balance resets by calendar month, separately from your subscription renewal date. Active, chargeable questions are allocated again for the new month. The remaining amount therefore may already be reduced when the new month begins.
Removing a question or deleting its project does not refund units already used in the current month. Check the remaining amount before rebuilding a project or substantially changing your tracking setup.
When no question balance remains
You cannot add more chargeable questions until capacity is available. This does not by itself mean that existing eligible monitored questions stop receiving their scheduled checks.
You can wait until the displayed reset date or review a plan upgrade. Removing existing questions affects future active capacity but does not automatically restore this month's consumed balance.
Wizard balance
Starter includes five Wizard questions per calendar month; Pro includes ten. All projects share that allowance.
Each successfully generated Wizard response uses one question, including a response that explains a request is outside the project's scope. Reading or copying a saved response does not use another question. Deleting a session does not refund it. A failed response is not counted as a completed answer.
When the Wizard allowance is exhausted, its new-question field is disabled and points you to Subscription. Existing session history remains available while you have the required account access.
The allowances do not transfer
Unused tracking-question units do not increase the Wizard balance, and unused Wizard questions do not increase tracking capacity. MCP reads do not consume the Wizard balance; external assistant usage is governed by the client you use.
