Manage your projects
The Projects page is the starting point for your monitored brands. Each project has its own report, questions, market settings, and connected data sources.
Open a report
Select a project on the Projects page, or expand its name in the sidebar and choose a report section. The sidebar provides access to Overview, Competitors, AI traffic, SEO Performance, Citations, Wizard, and Questions.
Use Back to Projects to return to the project list. Use the project name and website shown in the interface to confirm which business you are reviewing, especially when you have several markets for one brand.
Read project states
| State | Meaning and next step |
|---|---|
| Question preparation or review | The project needs its customer questions reviewed and submitted. |
| Pending or processing | Analysis is queued or running. Allow it to finish. |
| Ready | A report is available. Some additional question checks may still finish in the background. |
| Paused | Ongoing monitoring is stopped, for example because paid access ended or the project exceeds the current plan's capacity. Review Subscription. |
Check the report's collection dates when assessing its freshness. Reading a report does not itself create a new AI response.
Work with several markets
For a brand serving different countries or languages, create separate projects with the relevant settings. This keeps each set of customer questions and results meaningful for its market.
Pro allows multiple projects, but its question balance is shared across the account. Unlimited projects does not mean unlimited tracked questions. Starter allows one active project.
Change tracked questions
Open Questions, edit the primary or additional questions, and select Save questions. Changes take effect through scheduled checks. Read the question-management guide before replacing questions you want to compare over time.
Delete a project
- Open Projects.
- Use the project's delete action.
- Check the project name in the confirmation dialog.
- Confirm deletion only when you no longer need that project's stored report data.
Deletion removes the project and its associated data in Searcherries. It does not delete the website or its Google/Bing properties. Deleting a project does not return question units already consumed in the current month.
Project deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. To stop renewal, use Manage subscription.
